Registration Information

Space is limited so register today!

To ensure your reservation for the Conference, please send a check to Peace Lutheran Church payable in the amount of $75.00 with your completed registration form. If registering multiple attendees, please complete a separate registration form for each attendee. The registration fee is non-refundable after January 31, 2007.

The registration fee covers the cost of conference materials, speakers, workshops, dinner on Friday night, continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday. The individual is responsible for his/her own travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and meals not included in the registration fee.

If you would like to purchase a copy of Kelly Fryer's book, Reclaiming the "C" Word, please include a separate check for $10.00 payable to Peace Lutheran Church.

Hotel Information:
A block of rooms is being held for the night of Friday, February 9 and Saturday, February 10.

Doubletree Hotel - Rate is $92 per night (plus taxes); single/double. Room block being held until Jan. 19, 2007. After that date, rooms available on a "space available" basis and group rate not guaranteed. Call 1-800-494-9467 and identify yourself as an attendee of Peace Lutheran Church Conference.

Best Western Charlottesville - Rate $89 per night (plus taxes); single/double. Room block is being held until Jan. 30, 2007. After that date, rooms available on a "space available" basis and group rate not guaranteed. Call 434-985-1855 and identify yourself as an attendee of Peace Conference.

Members of Peace are also offering to host attendees. Please indicate your interest on the registration form.
